YOUR WEDDING SCHEDULE
Here is a questionnaire to help you finalize your wedding day schedule.
It’s not necessary to fill in every section. For example, some couples may choose not to include photos of the preparations or may be in separate locations for that part of the day. You may decide not to have a First Look, a couple’s session before the ceremony, or a bouquet toss. In any case, I’ve included various options so you can shape the day according to your vision.
The questionnaire sections are pre-filled (but will need to be customized for your wedding) to give you a sense of a typical timeline for a wedding where the ceremony begins at 3:30 PM and ends at 5:00 PM, with a cocktail hour from 6:30 to 8:00 PM, followed by dinner from 8:00 to 11:00 PM. This classic schedule can help you visualize the overall flow of the day, especially when it comes to the ideal starting time for preparations.
Speaking of which, if we’re including the groom’s preparations, I’ll start with him. This approach is optimal: while the bride’s preparations often take longer, the most captivating moments are typically around 30 minutes before they’re finished. This last stage is quite dynamic, so it’s essential that the groom’s preparations are completed beforehand.
Please feel free to add all the details you need in the sections, expanding on any points if necessary.
If there is any additional information you’d like to provide, please feel free to complete the final section: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
Thank you in advance for these valuable details.
